Select as few or as many alerts as you want, and how you want to be alerted – by text and/or email. You can easily suspend, modify or cancel your alerts online at any time.

Receive and reply to fraud alerts

Be notified in real time when suspicious activity has been identified on your account; you can respond to the alert to either authorize the transaction or confirm that is was unauthorized.

Get alerts that monitor transaction activity

Always know exactly what’s going on with your account with alerts based on transaction type, location, merchant, amount, as well as balance information such as if your account has met or exceeded a specified balance.

Text us questions about your account

Use Mobile Access Text Commands to text us questions about your account like your current balance, available credit, or minimum payment due date and amount and we’ll text you back the answer.

Sign in to Online Account Access for your Diners Club Card or sign up here. Then, set up and manage your alerts in a few simple steps:

  1. 1. On the Account Management page, go to Alerts and click “Manage Alerts”
  2. 2. Select your time zone and Review and Agree to the Terms and Conditions
  3. 3. Choose “Manage Contacts” to set up your contact methods
  4. 4. Click “Manage Alerts” to select your alerts. You can easily modify your alert preferences and contact information as often as you like.

Are my alert messages secure?

Absolutely. We’ll never send your account number, password or any other personal information in an alert message, and we’ll never ask you to send us personal information by text message, email or a prerecorded voice call. If you receive an alert asking for personal information that appears to be from BMO Harris, don’t respond and instead call us immediately at the customer service number listed on the back of your card.

How much does it cost to use BMO Harris Credit Card Alerts?

It’s free! There’s no charge from BMO Harris Bank to use Card Monitor, but be sure to check with your mobile carrier to see if text message, phone call and data rates apply.

If I sign up for daily account information alerts, how often will I receive them?

You will receive daily alerts like account balance, recent transaction and payment information each day. However, because account information is only updated on business days, daily information received on Sunday and Monday will be identical to what you received on Saturday.
