Q: While traveling, who do my client's business travelers call if there is a medical emergency and they need to find a doctor?
A: Diners Club Benefits Assistance Center will provide 24-hour worldwide travel service in a case of an emergency medical situation. This includes finding a doctor while traveling. Cardmembers should call 1-877-764-3576 or from outside the U.S., call collect at 904-636-3647.

Q: Who do my client's business travelers call to inquire about Travel Accident Insurance or to file a claim?
A: Cardmembers should call Diners Club Benefits Assistance Center at 1-877-764-3576 (toll free) or 904-636-3647 (collect).

Q: If my client's business travelers need legal assistance and are out of the country, who should they call?
A: Cardmembers should call Diners Club Benefits Assistance Center at 1-877-764-3576 or from outside the U.S., call collect at 904-636-3647.

Q: What do my client's business travelers do if their luggage is lost or stolen?
A: If your client's business travelers purchased their travel tickets with the Diners Club Card, their baggage is automatically covered for up to $1,250. To report lost or stolen luggage, cardmembers should call 1-877-764-3576. Outside the U.S., call collect at 904-636-3647.

Note that Diners Club pays in excess of the carrier's payment on lost, stolen or damaged luggage.

Q: Are my client's business travelers covered if they get into a car accident with a rental car?
A: If your organization's business travelers charge the entire cost of their rental car to the Diners Club Card, they will automatically receive rental car collision damage insurance coverage. This insurance is primary worldwide* and covers damages up to the cost of their rental car. Damage may include loss due to collision, theft, fire or vandalism. To qualify, they must decline the collision damage waiver offered by the rental car company.

* Rental Car Collision/Loss Damage Insurance is available worldwide except where prohibited by local law or agency practice.

A: Privacy is a top priority at Diners Club. We do not share account information or personal information about travelers other than as stated in the Cardmember Agreement and the agreement between Diners Club and the organization.

Our dedicated specialists give every question top priority.

Q: Does Diners Club offer a 24-hour emergency hotline for travelers?
A: MasterAssist® is a 24-hour service that provides assistance on a wide range of travel needs to Program Managers and their business travelers. MasterAssist can be contacted anywhere in the U.S. at 1-877-764-3576 or from outside the U.S. call collect at 904-636-3647.
